eDivert’s expert learning and development programme is designed to give new franchisees the knowledge and skills to run a successful eDivert business, as well as delivering eDivert’s world-class services to clients. Training covers everything from building your sales pipeline and selling the eDivert services, to client delivery and best practice. Ongoing support from head office means eDivert franchisees are never alone.
The eDivert training includes a set of building blocks. By going through the modules you will gradually get everything in place to run a successful eDivert business. After setting up all the basics, the training will take you through the do's and don'ts on how to market your business and how to get customers in.
All our franchise packages come with a set of unique business contacts and printed marketing materials to help you get started.
Finally you will learn in the training how to provide the services to the eDivert standards.
Once you have finished the training, you will receive a certificate in the post and it will be displayed on your webpage that you are eDivert Certified.
Throughout your journey of building your eDivert business, eDivert head office will be available for support. We organise regular meetings online to make you feel part of the eDivert network and to provide you with developments in the industry and refresher training.
